Children of Bodom enters the studio once again

Children of Bodom has announced that they will be recording a new album this coming summer. With their recent debut Skeletons in the Closet, which features their cover tracks, I'm beyond excited to hear what they have in store. Alexi Laiho has been in the works with his band mates on some new ideas and plan on touring a bit in Finland before the album in released. Unfortunately, there is no set date on the new album release, so we will just have to wait :(

Nergal facing prison time :/

Behemoth frontman Nergal (Adam Darski) has officially been charged with insulting the Roman Catholic church by ripping apart a bible during a concert. Because the Polish government takes things of this nature very seriously (?), he could be faced with up to two years in prison. Bummer, cuz the guy just got engaged to pop Polish singer, Doda.

OoO..what is THIS I see?

I found this while searching for inspiration for my design studio:


Its called The Cocoon by designer Mars Salmonsen. This amazing contraption can hang from hooks under your cabinets or from the ceiling, or can simply be put on a counter top. It's sleek and modern design makes me think Art Nouveau, sans the brilliant colors. Maybe it can be painted, or possibly custom-made? It seemed so perfect for my kitchen. I sorta want one.. maybe I will tell Amelia about it. She loves cooking/food just as much as I do :p
